You’re walking down the beach in your bathing suit feeling fit, toned and confident. You have an abundance of energy and you’re able to experience everything you desire. Your skin is healthy and vibrant and you fell great!

Meditating for weight loss can also include affirmations. Be sure to choose the perfect affirmation that resonantes deeply with you. You might choose to repeat positive affirmations such as, “I am happy, healthy and fit and I am at my ideal body weight!”.

The great thing about meditation is that you can choose the techniques that work best for you. If you already meditate, incorporate positive visualization or affirmations into your practice today.
